If the latest video from the McCain campaign is anything to go by then the Republicans might just as well stop spending money now. They have gone negative, but the worst thing they can find to say is "is he ready?"

If that question had been asked about a Bush candidacy against someone like Obama the answer would have had to be "no", and the last eight years have given us ample proof.

Do I really want someone in the White House who is still learning to use e-mail? I don't think so. At this stage a change of direction seems like to good thing. When you look at what "politics as usual" has done for America it seems natural to want someone as President who is way less embedded in the system than McCain.
