Well, that about wraps it up. Today I got yet another email from BMI, finally confirming that it doesn't matter how you set your "communications preferences", they will not stop spamming you. What a horrible company!

The Reply-To address of "donotreply@@flybmi-email.com" makes it pretty obvious that there is no point trying to reply directly. So now let's see whether any of the "contact us" options are any use. Don't ever let anyone say this is a company that listens to its customers!
